With the surprising take off of The Lion King in 3D, it comes as no surprise that Disney has another film re-release in 3D coming out now.
Disney is set to re-release 3D versions of animated pics including “Finding Nemo,” “Monsters, Inc.” and “The Little Mermaid.”
“Great stories and great characters are timeless, and at Disney we’re fortunate to have a treasure trove of both,” Walt Disney Studios prexy Alan Bergman said in a statement.
Studio has dated the pics to bow over the next two years, but the next film is a personal family favorite.
“Monster’s Inc. 3D” was announced for theatre release on January 18th of 2013.
