Epson’s New 3D Projector Changes Perceptions

The new Epson 3LCD PowerLite Home Cinema 750HD Projector is said to eliminate much of the old school hassles associated with using a home theater projector. This is actually true for most projectors revealed at this year’s CES.

First of all, the new Epson doesn’t cost a ton when compared to new flat screen TVs ($900). Moreover, it doesn’t weigh a ton either. In fact, it’s light enough to unplug and move around the house. Or maybe even to your friend’s house.

Next, back in the day we had to have enough space for a projector. This Epson projector uses a short-throw lens that allows it to cast the image from as little as two feet from the wall or screen.

Brightness levels have also increased enough to watch with the lights on. And the Active 3D is said to look better, the larger the image is projected.

Finally, with new devices that communicate wirelessly this projector doesn’t necessarily have to be situated next to your Blu-ray player or PC, which allows for many more setup options.
