Game Development Continues to Expand for Masses

Project Anarchy is a new, completely free software development kit created by Havoc that allows game developers to create 3D games for multiple platforms.

Keep in mind that when we discuss gaming, generally we don’t mean auto-stereoscopic or stereoscopic 3D gaming. That is, glasses-free 3D or 3D gaming enabled with glasses, respectively. However, technology exists in PC gaming that allows some 2D games to become playable in 3D depending on your particular tablet or laptop’s capabilities.

Rather, we are generally talking about games with graphics that provide a level of 3D depth without the image jumping off the screen. Project Anarchy allows game developers to create games for iOS (Apple), Android, and Tizen, which is new to us but appears to be a Linux-based platform.
