Iron Man 3 And Thor: The Dark World Will Be Released In 3D

2 upcoming Marvel & Disney movies to be in 3D!
It’s a good news and no surprise at the same time! Marvel and Disney revealed that both Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World next installment will be in 3D.

 

Iron Man 3 has a debut date of May 3,2013, while Thor will hit theaters on November 8,2013. Iron Man 3 will be a sequel to the two previous Iron Man films, and the first major release since the 3D premier of The Avengers, which was also in 3D.
Shane Black is set to direct a screenplay by himself and Drew Pearce, which will be based on the “Extremis” story arc by Warren Ellis. Jon Favreau, who directed the first two films, serves as executive producer, along with Kevin Feige.[1] Robert Downey, Jr. reprises his role as Tony Stark, with Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle reprising their roles as Pepper Potts and James Rhodes respectively. Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, and Rebecca Hall round out the film’s principal cast. There are no details on the plot as yet.

 

Thor: The Dark World is intended to be the sequel to 2011′s Thor and the eighth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Alan Taylor directed the screenplay by Christopher Yost, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely,[1] which stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Stellan Skarsgård, Kat Dennings, Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Idris Elba and Rene Russo. In this latest outing, Thor battles to save all the Nine Realms from a mysterious enemy older than the universe itself. However, a shadowy race led by Malekith, who is out for revenge, intends to descend the universe into darkness. Confronted by an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot overcome, Thor must reunite with Jane Foster and set out on a dangerous journey that will force him to make the ultimate sacrifice.
