The next (or should we comment that yet another) Jurassic Park film is in the works, and it is even slated for a June 15, 2015 release date.
The word is that a script has been drafted by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, writers of Safety Not Guaranteed (2012). The latest in the Jurassic Park series will be called Jurassic World, although Safety Not Guaranteed seems to be a good title for the new film. Shame that they’ve used the title already.
The plot from what we gather is that the Jurassic Park is finally a working theme park open to the public, which is why we like the other title better. Moreover, the film will reportedly be shot in native 3D. That fact doesn’t surprise us at all considering the international success of the recent 3D release of the original Jurassic Park film.
