One of the big TVs, wait, we take that back, the biggest TV shown at CES 2013 was the Sharp AQUOS LC-90LE757, an LED with active 3D technology.
This TV was finally made available yesterday in Europe. When will it become available in North America? We’re not entirely sure, but we do know it’ll probably be this year.
This enormous LED is just about six feet wide and promises an immersive experience when watching just about anything, but probably great for sports, movies, and gaming. It weighs about 140 pounds without the stand and it’s only 12cm deep, so it may be mounted on the wall.
It features a unique picture mode for wallpapering, or showing something like a work of art on the wall when the TV is not in use. And it does this at a proper brightness level. The only drawback is the cost, currently about $24,000 dollars, which puts it in that elite 4K category for now.
However, it does all the best things the latest smart TVs do, including web browsing, apps, video streaming, Skype, and more. Imagine Skyping on this TV?
