To The Arctic movie

As far as nature movies go, critics are calling To the Arctic 3D a cute animal movie that is worth seeing. The run time for the film is just 40 minutes.

It is narrated by Meryl Streep and features not only a mama polar bear and her cubs, but also walruses and caribou. It is directed by Greg MacGillivray, an “old hand” at IMAX docs. The film also carries a message about global warming.

One scene is said to show a polar bear attacking a supposedly camouflaged video camera like a celebrity attacking a paparazzi. Cool! Apparently, polar bears aren’t the easiest animal to film. However, the movie is said to leave off scenes of the bears hunting and eating.

We won’t spoil anything else.
